Toni’s career at CRS Laboratories Oy began about two years ago. After graduating as an ICT technician, he had worked in customer service and caregiving, but had yet to find a role and workplace that felt right for him . ‘An open position as a sample preparation technician caught my interest. I went to the interview and was selected. Since then, I’ve been working at CRS.’
Initially, his tasks were mainly the diverse duties of sample preparation, but gradually he got on more responsibilities and new tasks. Currently, a temporary role as a supervisor in sample processing brings new challenges and variety to his workdays. ”Often, my work is almost entirely filled with sample preparation tasks, but there are also days when my supervisor duties take up more time.”
