Employee Share Issue

We wanted to reward long-term employees for a work well done with an employee share issue.

The renewed Income Tax Act made it possible for companies to sell their shares at a low cost without causing tax burden to new shareholders. On 19th March (Equality Day in Finland), Terhi Törmikoski, Marjatta Vihma, Anssi Mäkelä, Daniela Vesterbacka, Taru Salo and Mika Laakso became the new shareholders of CRS Laboratories Oy.
