CRS Laboratories’ automation- and digitalization project

CRS Laboratories Oy increases productivity in the project financed by ERDF.

CRS Laboratories Oy has started an automation and digitalization project in the spring of 2022. Purpose of the project is to enhance work productivity by increasing automation, improving the laboratory's management system and renewing equipment. The European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) supports the project in salary and investment costs. During the project, new crushers, an automatic grinder and an ICP mass spectrometer will be purchased for CRS Laboratories, also laboratory facilities will be improved ja expanded. During the project, it is planned to introduce a new database system that enables the efficient processing of increasingly large data matrices and improves the traceability of unit processes. The project's budget is around 829 000€ and ERDF funding is around 306 000€.
