Great feedback from customer satisfaction survey

CRS Laboratories Oy sent satisfaction survey to 75 customers.

CRS Laboratories greatly appreciates our customers who took their time to answer our satisfaction survey. We got lots of valuable feedback, which highlights where we have succeeded and where we need to improve. Our net promoter score (NPS) reach as high as 57, which can be considered excellent.

Survey questions were two dimensionals, so that customers could also evaluate questions' importancy for them. Results showed that questions that we asked were considered also important by our customers. We are excited about improve the co-operation and willing to work hard to achieve that.
